Dr. Sam,

I am 29 years old and have regular periods. I mean I have periods every month - and I think I ovulate as well. Initially my cycles used to be 25-28 days for a good few years (15 years) then later on with my job, stress, weight gain, etc they became 28-32 days for about 3 years. But its never been that I have not had a period.

Once we TTC, I conceived immediately. Symptoms I have are:

- Severe insulin resistance - Was on insulin during pregnancy - Acne on upper arms - mild facial hair growing only in last 2 years - hair loss - my testosterone levels are higher .. right now at about 60 - cholesterol high, Cardio CRP high - currently overweight, was obese for 2 years

Looking forward to your advice.

Thanks, Anna.
