my dr did explain why it should not be taken during pregnancy and has to
do with lowering your blood sugar levels and its too dangerous in
pregnancy.
cant remember the details.
but i took it with my 1st pregnancy and yes it ended in a miscarraige.
so please see your dr before deciding.
something like that shouldnt be advised from a message board.
