Lost my pregnancy in my 5th month during which I had gestational diabetes and wsa on insulin. Endo has started me now on Metformin. However one thing is that although I know I am taking Metformin to keep my sugar levels in optimal condition before I try to get pregnant, I am confused seeing posts about infertility/PCOS. I conceived immediately, have regular periods but have severe insulin resistance. Just want to make sure I am Metformin is the way to go prior to TTC Thanks.
