Can I take 2 doses of Met at once?... Reply: anonymous: "Re: Can I take 2 doses of Met at once?..." I just finished a week at 500mg and now am supposed to start at 1000mg. It says to take "1 pill twice daily"- but do I have to do that? Can't I take them both at once? I *know* I will miss my daytime dose.
