Bridgett,

Although there are many possible causes for memory troubles, I know one is not being fully hydrated. Be sure you drink plenty of water every day. Limit caffeine and carbonated beverages as they will tend to act as diuretics. Also, make sure you aren't trying to go too low in carbs and calorie counts as your body (and brain) needs a certain amount of both to work properly.

Just a suggestion in case you haven't tried it. Best wishes!

Hugs

Shelley

I seem to be having a hard time remembering things. I am about 50lbs overweight, but I have started exercising 5 days a week and I have been low cabing. Is there anything I can take to help me? I need a pill or something. My doctor says for me to excercise and low carb but I have been doing that for a month and I do not see a change in my memory. Please help!!!
