I would definitely go to a reproductive endrocronologist if you haven't been already. I have PCOS but am not a classic case (not overweight, no excessive hair growth, etc), but it has been the reason for 3 first trimester miscarriages. Glucophage is still not technically approved by the FDA in pregnancy so drs "officially" can't prescribe it in pregnancy, though, I know they are working on getting it approved. I know many people who have actually taken it during the first trimester and everything was fine.
