Hi Jenny,

You should have an endocrine/metabolic check up. As the relationship between the metabolic disturbance at the core of PCOS and ovulation is very complex you have to be patient with periods. Naturally there are hormonal methods to induce a period, which may be necessary to avoid endometrial hyperplasia. For your info

P.S.: I have read the other responses: don't hurry with increasing the dose. Most drs (and PCOSers) are pushing the dose too early too high. Sam
