See an endocrinologist. They seem to be the most knowledgeable and the most willing to take action when it comes to pcos. So many of us have suffered like you. You need to find a doc who will put you on glucophage(metformin). That is now the most popular treatment and it works wonders for most of us. For me it has changed my life completely. Don't give up until you find the right doctor.
