Hi Amy,

you will know your dose is right if you are having benefits/ regular menstruation. The correct dose could be anywhere from 500 mg up to 2000 mg each day. As you are already seeing benefits (regular periods are a very good indication), there may not be any additional benefit from increasing your dose.

Do also keep any eye on your diet and exercise levels (if you are not already), which will also really help you progress.
