Hi, Some additional information: To Melissa: prolactin (Prl) is the hromone exhibiting the largest variations, most of them being circadian: highest in the night, lowest early morning. Stress also causes increases in Prl. I do not know if PMS (premenstrual syndrome?) causes elevations of Prl. To Sally: Domperidone is (one of) the medication(s) causing increased Prl. High levels of Prl are not dangerous in themselves, but may indicative of microadenomas in your pituitary. For your info Sam
