Hi Livvie-

You might try adding alpha-lipoic acid. I was on Met for a year when I started taking ALA.  It helped me lose another 60 lbs and I have kept the weight off for two years now.

You can buy ALA in just about any drug store.  I get mine at Walmart.  I take 250 to 300mg per day, along with 800mcg of chromium picolinate.

These supplements are not expensive and are worth a try.  If they don't help, you don't need to buy any more.

If you want more info, feel free to email me or you can check the archives.
