-- Hi, I have PCOS too. I am on 1000mg og metaformin. My endocrinolist suggested the Zone diet by berry sears. It still resticts certain carbs but allows alot more than the Atkins diet. I have been doing it for twelve weeks and have lost 32 pounds. I feel incredible. I hope this helps. I slo work out three days a week with weights and do cardio 5 times for 30 min when I can.
