I would definitely urge you to see a specialist.
 An endocrinologist is a speciality Dr. that deals with hormone or other special
problems.  Such as insulin reisistance.  Family practioners and GYN's are not
specialist and can not keep up with all the new info.  PCOS is a clinical diagnosis
and you may not follow the typical 9 out of 10 symptoms on a list.
