I thought I was reading about myself!! I have two children now.. I have a 4 year old and a 10 month old that I still breatfeed and have PCO.. It is harder but the nurse gave me a perscription for Reglan (now there are some side effects) or you can either take fenugreek (a herb) I still take it. and Red Raspberry leave tea.. Not the stuff in the groc. store.. I mean the reall Red Rasp. Leaf.. that should increase your mild supply. I also bought the pump-n-style breast pump that really helped with pumping.. just the more she nurses the more mild you will get.. It's supply and demand. I also have been to Weight Watchers and have lost 32 lbs. since Jan. 25 and you can go to even if you breastfeed.. You will have a higher point range.. Since I don't nurse that much she is eating solids then I have the regular point system.. I'm telling you that is the only life change that has helped me with my weight besides breastfeeding.

Good luck,
