New here, 24 with PCOS, one beautiful child...still hoping for anotherFrom: Colleen (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 17 Mar 2003 22:14:09 -0600 (CST)
I was blessed with Noah when I was 19. If only I could have known that I would run into problems later, I would have had another baby right away! I went off the pill in Aug. 2001, didn't get a period and began thinking "Gee that was quick!" but this was only the beginning. My husband and I have now been trying since then, with no luck. I had a doctor "jerk" me around for a year and never test me. I got wise and left to find another. I am happy with my new doctor. It is now 1 1/2 years later and I am really hoping that things will come together for my husband and I. Noah would really love a younger sibling. I loved the comment someone made about how the doctors would like to tell you to lose weight, and when you do, it still doesn't help....I feel your pain. Looking for feedback...maybe some advice....or some inspirational stories! Thanks, Colleen
