Hi Melissa,

You answered your question. You don't have jaundcice, so there is no contraindication. Neonatal jaundice is acutally a phisiologic state, when fetal hemoglobin is broken down to be replaced by the adult type and the byproduct is bilirubin that turns your skin and other tissues yellow. But to play it safe, you should have a hepatic test. Another remark: there is no need to take spironolactone AND Diane together. So you should decide either or... For your info
