Full blown Diabetics do take Met as well, in fact that is who it was
mainly designed for! May be it simply a dosage adjustment required -
either up or down. The only other thing which occurs to me: is it only
after certain meals, or certain types of meals? Are you following a
Glycaemic index diet? If you are having a High G.I meal, you BSL with go
really high, your insulin levels will follow, and then with the combo of
the insulin sensitizer, illness could follow. I know I get those
reactions a lot - when I first went on Met I was bitterly disappointed
because I thought it was supposed to FIX all of those things.. but then
I realised it was my diet. So whenever I am bad or slack diet -wise, I
get the symptoms you mentioned.
But the blood tests will show whats happening.
Good Luck!
