Dont know if it's any help, but when I found out I was pregnant I was told to stop metformin straight away. In gynae and also GPs words - pregnancy relieves the symptoms of PCOS, so why take metformin when you dont need it. I was fine without, didn't miscarry, in fact ended up with triplets! Congratulations on your pregnancy - and good luck for the remainder of it :o) Lisa xxxx Ps. I'm in the UK though, different guidelines in different countries.
