Thanks Sam, will mention it to my doctor when I see him this week. I guess they prescribed it as a last resort, as I had norethisterone and that didnt help either, which it normally does for me. I assume the danazol was prescribed because I also have possible adenomyosis (endometriosis in the womb muscle), and apparently that's a treatment for that. I didnt get a patient info leaflet with the pills, and looked it up online and saw that it was an androgen and thought it was strange to be prescribed that considering the whole point of PCOS is that it raises your androgen levels. Any more, and I'm going to turn into a man! Thanks again for the info, Lisa xx
