Anon,

You have to make a decision to make a lifestyle change. When you follw any deit and have success, then go back to your old eating pattern that's when the weight comes back. If you are serious about losing weight find a good book on a plan you could live with. This will be an on going struggle. Also many PCOSers have insulin Resistance which is a much more serious problem than looking fat. Left untreated it can cause diabetes, stroke and heart attacks. Have you seen an Endocrinoligist? Test should be given to you for glucose intolerence and thyroid. Yes you may be programmed to be overweight but the are meds, lifestyle changes and exersise that we see sucesses with.
