Hi Pauline,

Diane-35 (Dianette in other countries) is on the market in Europe for more than 20 years. If there were any increase in the incidence of liver cancer associated with Diane, it were removed form the market. Removing your ovaries doesn't solve the problem of PCOS, b/c it is a metaboloic disease.
