i went to my doctor yesterday for my repeat of dianette, i take it for pcos and i was shocked when he told me that during drug trials dianette has been found to cause liver cancer in rats. He did add that it had not yet been found to cause it in humans but this concerned me a bit. He told me that they could not prescribe it just for contraseptive anymore but still could for other conditions ie skin and pcos. I was told it was up to me if i still took it but they had to tell me about the results of the trials. Does anyone know of anything else to take or do i have my ovaries removed to sort out the problem
