I have learned i have to excerise daily. walking, water aerobics, and weight machines. these are my choices, chose what ever you'll do on a regular basis.I walk 6 days a week, weights 3days,and water aerobics 3x I was told women with pcos had to excercise more,it helps us use insulin better. You need to stay on a low carb diet.Best one I've found is"PCOS DIET BOOK" by Collette Harris, very good.Try to get it at the library then if you like it buy it.DRs. have told me the same things, when I got diabetes I got mad!researched alot, diet and excercise was the ticket, took it slow built up til i could do all of the above.Lost 120lbs in 9mo. Had a major set back. 18 mo.later I'd gained it all back.I'm better now and 4mo into to it i've lost 42lbs.So it does work. You can do it!!Good Luck
