Kerri-- I think you're confused...Xenical is not an OTC medication; it is by prescription only and has (to the best of my knowledge) no ephedra in it. My sister also had problems stemming from ephedra use in a diet aid (it's not good stuff, ladies!). If I'm remembering correctly, Xenical is orlistat and causes one to have...shall we say, (ahem)....loose stools if one eats the "wrong food." I believe one of the warnings is "uncontrollable, loose, and oily stools" as a side-effect.
