I found a wonderful doctor in NYC. He used to be listed on the pcosupport list of professional members, but is no longer listed. (Not sure why) His name is Walter Futterweit. I had problems finding a sympathetic doctor as well. As soon as I met him it was a relief. He is extremely knowledgable about PCOS, and he was the first doctor to take all of my symptoms seriously. He stays current on all of the new research. I wouldn't hesitate in saying that he's probably one of the top PCOS doctors in the country. Hope this helps!
