When I was on Metformin, I had to take one at breakfast and one at dinner. Now that I'm on Glucophage XR, I take both at dinner. It helps to remember to take them if you carry them in your purse or bag. I'm ALWAYS on the go, so I never know when or where I'll be eating. smiles. I'm the same way with my other medications or bcp.
