Hello, I'm 22 and from the UK. I've been prescribed 1500mg of Metformin a day. Do i have to take it at every meal, or can i just have it one lump dosage as it is a real pain having to remember taking the medication with me when i go to work and out for dinner!!

Also i have been on Metformin and alow glycemic diet (still getting used to the diet!) now for 3 weeks, when should i start to see any changes, i.e with regards to weight loss and hair etc...??

thanks!
