Hi >I take neuronten for the pain, just started alpha lipoic acid 1st of month so I can't say for sure if it's helping. Not much is known about this disease. there is a support group, type in neuropathy on your search engine. Work with your dr. and keep sugars under control.Hope this helps!

HI I'm Ir and a type 2 diabetic and have pcos.B-12 1000mg is a biggie, chromim picolinate really helps blood sugars. I read on one of the sites it wasn't good for us. They even gave us a link to a site. That and two more all said that mice at 24 weeks. there was NO damage to mice and ones taking cp had a better absorbant rate. Make up your own mind, but helped me get off one of my meds and my A1c has been 5.4 for 2 years now. A1c is the average of blood sugars. Any thing under 6 is normal.THE best thing you can do is walk! start slow and build up to at least 2 miles a day. good luck
