HI..Just want to say I've been on spiro for close to three months..and NO Shrinkage!!! I'm also on Yasmin and have noticed substantial tightening in my bras..I'm already a D cup....I never heard of this medication affecting breast size..but I guess anything is possible..And if so..It has only caused mine to grow..LOL.!! I was put on the medication because my hair was shedding terrible..I can honestly say I think I'm back to normal loss...So it is working for me..My main concern is regrowth..My doctor told me it could take up to a year..So we'll see...Good Luck..Kim
