What >vitimins are people taking?? Response: Hello, I am taking the same medicine. My doctor recommended just a normal daily mulivitamin for women. Which probably includes many vitamins that some meds don't allow you to abosorb. Maybe instead of taking a 20+ vitamins, etc, ask to see if your doc will let you just take a regular multivitamin. One note though, most women's vitamins have iron in them and the first few days you take them, you feel kind of icky. Anyone who has ever been on Prenatal vitamins knows what I mean. I just take mine with my lunch because they seem to sit better than when I take them in the morning. Even before I was diagnosed with PCOS, my family doctor said all you need is a multivitamin for your health. If you are eating a healthy diet, then many of the extra vitamins you are taking should already be in your diet plan. I went and saw a dietician a couple of times just to get on the right track, and it helped immensely.
