Depo is nothing more than a time release form of Provera. I was talking about the Provera you are taking. My answer/opinion still applies. Please read the insert to see if it mentions anything about pregnancy and talk to a pharmacist. They generally know a whole lot more about the drugs than the doctors. As with any pregnancy, you could possibly have some bleeding even after conception so the test for sure. Of course, the home tests are not always accurate either! BJ
