I've been on for four months now. In the beginning you get upset stomachs and everything. Luckily i got slight "bathroom runs" not full blown. It wasn't that bad.. my cramps hurt though for awhile. Now that time has passed everything progressively gets better, i guess your body becomes more accustom to it.
