I don't have cysts inside of my thighs, but I do have pimples...more like blackheads, and have found nothing to get rid of them. I also have the dark patches on my abdomin, the lower part of the apron that sits on my thighs when I sit. I know...too much info...lol...just thought I would let you know, you are not alone.
