Re: Vitamins and supplementsFrom: Amber (anonymous@obgyn.net)Sat, 11 Jan 2003 08:06:08 -0600 (CST)
I am taking prenatal vitamins, not because I am PG but because it has so many good things for women in general. I feel like I have more energy and I sleep better. I had tried evening primrose also, but it didn't seem to do anything, as with that herbal antidepressant. I don't remember the name, but it is pretty popular. I love to drink green tea also. If you want the anti-oxidant effect of the green tea, try white tea. It has more than green and tastes yummy also.
