Although I'm not a doctor like Dr. Sam, I agree with him. Most doctors try the LEAST INVASIVE methods of treatment for nearly all medical issues. Why subject your body to the stress and possible complications of surgery that may have questionable results, at least until all other options have been tried?

Best wishes though! I know of several women who've had success in achieving pregnancy and healthy babies after trying insulin sensitizers. Some of them had previously been thru various degrees of fertility treatments, including injectibles and expensive in-vitro procedures without success!

Unfortunately, finding just the right treatment with insulin sensitizers may also require some time, but new discoveries are being made all the time. By our collective voice demanding research, information, and treatment, we have a higher possibility of success in issues related to PCOS than did the generations before us.

You're in my prayers. I've worn the shoes of infertility.

Hugs,

Shelley

Hi,

OD is an outdated method and your RE may even overestimate the effectivity span of it. You should try insulin sensitizers. For your info

Sam
