I don't want you to rely on the Met for weight loss. I was told that it would help a lot, but I have been on it for 6 months and have even gained weight! I conceived, but lost the baby due to and old egg, and that happended AFTER I had been exercising regularly for 2 months. My doctor said that weight loss would release estrogen and help with fertility. I really believe in the Sugarbusters diet. My husband who doesn't have any "sugar" problems tried the diet with me and he liked the results also. I would recommend those things first. The met has brought down my insulin levels, but again has not helped with weight loss. I stopped exercising and as I said before gained weight with the met, so I think weight loss can really help.
