Can't seem to find a doc. that will Rx. Metphorin and questions. At the time the practice was to Rx. BCP's. I have never been able to take them long without side effects. I have two children by the grace of God. We tried for a third with no success. I have seen my OB/Gyn for several years and a reproductive endo. I can't get them to Rx. the Metphorin. I have a vast family history of diabetes, but have not been Dx. with it. Does anyone know a Doctor in the Jacksonville, Florida area that is PCOS intellegent? Also, how long is it safe to go without a period? My doctor has given me the choice of BCP's or hystorectomy. I don't think this is much of a choice. I am feeling rather desparate at this point. I don't cycle at all on my own anymore.
