Hard to answer this. In general I think NO, as the causation is different. But, both are still in need of much research. I have observed that eliminating the starchy carbs from your diet significantly helps to decrease the fibromalgia. Also, there are some medicaitons and also exercise. Keep doing your research.

Hi Pat, this is off subject,but hope you can help. I have pcos and was just told I have fibromyalgia. I've been reading books on both subjects,a lot of symptoms seem to be the same. Any opinion or info on this.Thank you for any help
