Hi Mary! I am 32 years old, and I've had PCOS symptoms for many years. However, I was only recently diagnosed after trying to conceive for 3 years without success. I was never extremely overweight, but I did need to lose about 30 pounds. I went to Weight Watchers last year, and successfully lost the weight in about 4 months. It's a wonderful program that teaches healthy food choices, and it works if you follow it and stay disciplined. Let me know if you have any other questions and good luck!
