Typically, this is not a PCOS problem, but vaginal odor affects all women in different ways. The first think I look at is diet....look carefully at your diet, and see if anything is contributing.

The second thing is to get any vaginal discharge or even a vaginal swab, and see if a bacteria can be identified. There are several vaginal infections that have an odor...mainly bacterial vaginosis. The odor associated with that is fishy, and can be pesky, as it comes and goes. There are creams and medicaitons that help, but some women seem to have it more than others. Here is more informaiton about Vaginal Dischrage. Perhaps it will be helpful: This site is one of the most helpful ones I have found: http://www.mjbovo.com/Women/vaginitis.htm http://www.vaginalinfections.com/00f02.html http://www.vaginalinfections.com/
