Has your doctor ever checked your hormone levels? I suspect you are progesterone deficient. This needs to be tested after you ovulate and your doc should know when to do it. You could start supplementing with progesterone cream, which is available without prescription in the US, or get your doctor to do the testing. Provera is a synthetic progestin and may cause miscarriages. It doesn't sound like you are having a problem ovulating, just maintaining to pregnancy. Good luck. BJ
