Hi.. I was in the same boat that you are in... I took Metaformin (1500) for 8 months to try and regulate my cycle. Then I went to an RE and he started me on Clomid and Told me to continue to take the Metaformin. JHe told me to start the Clomid on day 5 of my period(taking it twice a day for 5 days.) and then I had to make an appointment for about 1 1/2 weeks after so he could check the size of my follicles. Every month I was only producing one. After 6 months on Clomid and Metaformin, I started in injectibles and I had my first insemination a week and a half ago. and now I wait. Anyway, I hope this helped.
