Natural progesterone dosage

I liked your website. Lots of info. I guess I want to find a way to
get the minimal dosage needed of progesterone to regulate me. I don't
see any reason to take combo bcp since I don't need more estrogen. And
I think even the mini-pill gives too much progestin. I do agree that
the otc creams may not give precise amounts. I may look into having a
compounding pharmacy create a cream for me with precise dosage of
natural progesterone or progestin. I wish there was a way to get
desogestrel without estrogen added. Desogen did control my symptoms
well but the low sex drive, headaches, fatigue, and depression got to be
too much. Has anyone out there used a compounding pharmacy to deal with
this problem? Thanks.
