My doctor says I have features of PCOS including somewhat elevated levels of testosterone and DHEAS as well as an LH level somewhat higher then my FSH. She suggested dexamethasone to suppress the male hormone to see if I will start to ovulate with that. I would first like to explore a more holistic/herbal route and would sincerely appreciate any suggestions. Thank you!
