pcos and locah?

Hi out there. Like many of us I have been on a rollercoaster ride trying to get to the bottom of all my symptoms. Just when one things seems to get under control, another symptom pops up or labs get out of whack. I have been treated for 3 years now for PCOS, hypothyroid, and insulin resistance. Over the time, symptoms go up and down, but after about a year of steady labs, I've had 9 months of them worsening. Current symptoms: on and off blurry vision, some headaches, hair loss. Current meds: glucophage XR, avandia, aldactone, synthroid. Labs every 3 months showing continuous deterioration for last 9 months in these areas despite medication increases: LH:FSH ratio about 5, testosterone continues to rise, B12 consistently low, and SHBG falling (all abnormal). Even though I was not much overweight (150lbs at 5"6") my doctor had me lose a bunch of weight down to 130 and the labs continued to worsen. Now my endo feels that something else must be going on and wants to test for congenital adrenal hyperplasia. Is there anyone else out there with a similar pattern or history? Does this fit with LOCAH? Anything else this sounds like? Has anyone else stopped responding to the medication this way? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks ahead of time.
