Hi Lori, New York, Just wanted to let you know that on my first cycle on follistim, I had 4-follies that where large in each ovary, and 3 follies in each ovary that were medium and 10 follies that were tiny in each ovary ( I didn't get pregnant this cycle either :( ( as you can see it is normal to have follies in each ovary and people respond totally differant to the drugs) Since this was only your first U/S you will probably get more that just 2-follies.
