Dear Kim, There is no way to diagnose someone with PCOS without proper testing. I would recomend seeing your geynochologist first and talking with him/her about your symptoms. If your gyno. isn't helpful, then find an endochronologist (they are the experts regarding PCOS). If you can't find a doctor who will take your concerns seriously, don't lose hope. There are a lot of bad doctors out there (I've delt with too many) Demand they test for PCOS. I wish you luck. SMP
