Re: need help in greensboroFrom: carisa (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 02 Dec 2002 21:41:30 -0600
The first thing you need to do is find another doctor and have them refer you to an endocrinologist. There are doctors out there that have no idea about PCOS.I have been trying to get pregnant too and the best thing I can tell you is it will happen when it happens. I have benn discouraged about it until I read some success stories about people w/ PCOS symptoms worse than mine with hardly any menstrual cycles that have multiple children, so it can happen. Just hang in there. You may have to go through all the blood tests again when you find another doc who cares but at least you will be getting treated Good Luck
