Hi Katrina,
I have some comments on your treatment.
1. Hysterosalpingography is a must after tubal reversal surgery, before starting anything else.
2. If you have frank PCOS, than metformin is the first linetreatment.
3. Clomid is an antiestrogen. So your symptoms (less cervical mucus) are typical of this.
4. What do you mena by temp spike?
5. I have reservations about the clearplan (watching your cm in a "microscope").
