Tracy, I also have PCOS and I've been on 30mg of Actos for a year. I have been annoyed lately with sinus trouble and hair loss (two things I never had before). My doctor said it is because my testosterone is still high, but I never ha those problems before and my testosterone has always been high. Just wanted to let you know I have similar problems.
